New Rochelle Board Of Education Welcomes New Members

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle Board of Education held an organizational meeting earlier this month in which they re-elected Rachel Relkin and elected Todd Kern, both of whom were sworn in to serve five year terms.

Jared Rice, Deputy Mayor, City of New Rochelle presided over the swearing in and Reine Kim, a sixth grade student-to-be at Albert Leonard Middle School provided musical accompaniment on the cello. 

The master of ceremonies was Superintendent of Schools Dr. Brian G. Osborne, who also provided the closing remarks. Relkin was elected to serve as President and Maddali Atallah as Vice President.
