Pietro Caporale, 72, Of New Rochelle, Owned Caporale Woodwork

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Pietro Caporale, longtime resident of New Rochelle, died Nov. 11. He was 72.

Caporale was born Dec. 5, 1940, in Altomonte, Cosenza, Italy, to Carlo and Raffaella (Pellegrino) Caporale. He was the owner of Caporale Woodwork, as a carpenter for many years.

Caporale is survived by his wife, Pasqualina; children, Carla (Roberto) Lanza and Nadia (Michele) Ferraro; and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents.

Calling hours are Thursday, Nov. 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc. 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle. A Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15 at Blessed Sacrament Church. Entombment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery.
