NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A sculpture created by internationally acclaimed artist Charles Fazzino to honor New Rochelle's 325th Anniversary will be installed at City Hall on Friday at 4:00 p.m.
The piece, titled "The 325th Anniversary of New Rochelle" is meant to depict the best of New Rochelle over the last 100 years. The event will help kick off ArtsFest 2013.
The sculpture will be on the first floor, in front of the City Council Chambers. City Hall is at 515 North Ave.
ArtsFest Arts and Culture Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday. It will include free "culture trolleys" that will carry riders to nearly thirty galleries, studios and museums throughout New Rochelle and Pelham.
