Police investigators on Long Island are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a woman who stole nearly $1,000 in merchandise from a Louis Vuitton store twice during a three-week stretch.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers has offered a reward for information leading to the arrest of a woman who was caught on camera stealing items from the Louis Vuitton location in the Walt Whitman Shops last year.

According to police, the woman stole a key chain with a value of approximately $450 on Saturday, Dec. 30. She later returned to the Louis Vuitton store and allegedly stole a chain bag charm and key holder with a value of approximately $515 from the mall.

Anyone with information regarding the shoplifting incidents, or who recognizes the woman, has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or leaving an anonymous tip online.
