An alert has been issued for a woman wanted for stealing hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from a Target location on Long Island.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Precinct Crime Sections officers are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a woman who stole $490 in merchandise from Target on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore last month.

Police said that the woman walked into Target at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19, and walked out with the stolen goods. Investigators have now released surveillance photos of the wanted woman.

Anyone with information regarding the woman, or the shoplifting incident, has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers anonymously by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
