Nassau Man Exposed, Touched Himself In Front Of Store Patrons, Police Say

A 38-year-old man has been arrested after police say he exposed and touched himself in front of store patrons on Long Island.

The incident happened in the area of 200 Hempstead Turnpike in West Hempstead on Sunday, Nov, 10.

Officers located Heriberto Colon, of West Hempstead, and placed him under arrest without incident.

Colon has been charged with public lewdness and was released on an appearance ticket returnable on Tuesday, Dec. 10 to First District Court in Hempstead.
