Detectives are investigating an incident in which multiple gunshots were fired into a residence on Long Island overnight.
Three men were observed fleeing the scene in an automobile after the shots were fired.
The house, in West Babylon on York Place, was occupied when the incident happened just after midnight on Sunday, Jan. 5, Suffolk County Police said.
There were three people inside the residence, none were injured.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
