Two men got out of a white Chevrolet cargo van and separately entered the store at 39 New York Ave., using different entrances on Tuesday, July 9 at approximately 8:45 a.m., said police.

The men reportedly appeared to communicate with each other on their cell phones in the store, according to police.

One of the men allegedly stole five rolls of electrical wire and four cases of recessed lighting which was valued at approximately $750, said police. The men then drove off in the van, according to police.

There is a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest of the alleged thieves, said Suffolk County Police.
