Man Wanted For Stealing Pride Flag From Long Island Home, Police Say

A man is wanted for allegedly stealing a pride flag from a home on Long Island, according to police.

A man caught on surveillance video appears to be stealing a pride flag from a home in Oakdale Thursday, July 4, according to Suffolk County Police.

The alleged suspect is seen on video surveillance camera stealing a USA Rainbow Pride Flag that was hanging on a pole outside the home on Vanderbilt Boulevard in Oakdale on Thursday, July 4 at approximately 4 a.m., said Suffolk County Police.

He is described as white between 6-foot-1 and 6-foot-3, police said.

Suffolk County Police offer a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the man's arrest, they said.
