Man Wanted For Stealing Cash From Car On Long Island

Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a suspect who allegedly stole cash from a vehicle parked in front of a Huntington home.

Suffolk County Police investigators released surveillance photos of a man who allegedly broke into a vehicle parked on Longford Street on Friday, Oct. 18 at approximately 2 a.m.

At the time of the robbery, the African American suspect was riding a bicycle with reflectors on both the front and rear tires. No other identifying information was released by police.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect, or who has information regarding the robbery has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” with the message to 274637.
