A 20-year-old man was arrested for allegedly threatening three people - including a rabbi and an 11-year-old child - with physical violence at a Long Island Costco, police said.
Nassau County Police investigators arrested Justin Pichizaca, of Queens, on Sunday, Dec. 8, after he allegedly threatened two grown men in their 30s and the child with physical violence and yelled religious slurs based on their religion, while at Costco located on Rockaway Turnpike.
Police said that as a result of Pichizaca’s actions, one of his victims captured him on video, which helped detectives to locate and arrest Pichizaca.
Pichizaca was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree menacing. He was scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, Dec. 10 to respond to the charges.
