A 15-year-old girl who went missing on Long Island has been found.

Kiera Tait, who had last been seen at her residence in Baldwin on School Drive on Friday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m., has been located, Nassau County Police announced on Tuesday morning, Oct. 22.

A 15-year-old girl has gone missing on Long Island and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.

According to Nassau County Police detectives, Kiera Tait was last seen at her residence in Baldwin on School Drive on Friday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. Her disappearance was reported to police on Monday morning, Oct. 21.

She is described as being 5-foot-6, 190 pounds with brown eyes and auburn hair. Her clothing description is red and black “pajama” pants, white T-shirt, white sneakers. Her possible destination is unknown.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above missing juvenile to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
