Bostwick’s on the Harbor serving locally sourced cuisine in a waterfront setting opened at 38 Gann Road.

It is the second location for owners Chris Eggert and Kevin Boles, now open six days a week (closed Tuesday) serving dinner.

The roadside spot, Bostwick’s Chowder House, is a seasonal fish house in casual beachy digs with wainscoting and in and outdoor tables. That location at 277 Pantigo Rd. in East Hampton serves lunch and dinner seven days a week.

A sampling of the varied seafood-centric menu at the new restaurant includes "Tuna Crudo" of Montauk tuna, lemon avocado oil, chilies, Amagansett Sea Salt and sea beans; "Crab Louie" a dish of jumbo lump claw crabmeat, "Louie" sauce, capers, and Old Bay chips and "Local Fluke" with citrus gremolata, champagne beurre blanc, summer vegetables, local farm herb salad.

Non-seafood dishes are New York strip steak and Long Island Duck, among many choices.

The restaurants offer happy hour specials in the bar on beers, wines, and cocktails; and specialty cocktails Monday and Wednesday to Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
