Joe's closed in 2017 and the new restaurant at 1700 Arches Circle will open in September, said Nancy Larson, Tanger Outlets general manager.

The freestanding eatery will be the seventh Red Lobster on Long Island. Other locations are Copiague, Elmont, Hicksville, Ronkonkoma, Stony Brook, and Valley Stream.

The large restaurant chain is famously known for its Cheddar Bay Biscuits and reasonably priced food combinations with seasonal specials.

This month, Red Lobster launched a Cedar-Plank Seafood event, until Sunday, June 30, when you can order new seafood combinations that have summer flavors, adding three new Cedar-Plank Seafood dishes and two Classic Favorites to its already robust menu.

Red Lobster, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, has 700 locations in the United States and Canada.
