BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Arguably one of the most unpopular men in the National Football League, Roger Goodell is a Bronxville resident who, since 2011, has made more than $142 million, according to multiple reports.

Goodell, who botched several investigations in recent years, including that of Ray Rice, the former New Rochelle High School star, and the probe into whether or not Tom Brady and others on the New England Patriots deflated footballs during the 2014 AFC Championship game against the Colts, has earned his compensation during a period where the NFL has grown its annual revenue by $800 million.

That growth has been thanks, in part, to a collective bargaining agreement signed by the players several seasons ago, according to ESPN.

CNN Money predicts the league’s total revenues for this past season are likely to top $13 billion.
