Route 172, Route 22 Paving Begins: The New York State Department of Transportation will begin paving Route 172 from Route 117 in Mount Kisco to Route 22 in Bedford, and Route 22 from Middle Patent Road in Armonk to Route 121 in Bedford. Two weeks of prep work will begin today, to take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Starting the week of July 9 and continuing for two to three weeks, there will be night paving Sundays through Thursdays. Drivers should expect delays.
Martial Arts Summer Camp at Westchester MMA: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids ages 5-10 will enjoy a summer camp with a curriculum of martial arts activities, basic weapons training, outdoor fun and visits to Grand Prix NY for bowling and games every Friday. Beach Reads Book Club: 4:30 p.m. At this book club for teens going into grades 6-12, participants will discuss outside, if weather permits, their favorite beach or summer books. Bring one or two books to talk about. Registration is required. Mount Kisco Public Library, 100 E. Main St., Mount Kisco.

Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting: Noon. Join the chamber for its annual meeting. The chamber will host a luncheon followed by a presentation by Mayor Michael Cindrich on the state of the village. Poolside at The Saw Mill Club, 77 Kensico Drive, Mount Kisco.
Bayou Beer Dinner at MTK Tavern: 7:30 p.m. The tavern pays homage to Louisiana food and drink with Southern-style comfort food, beer from a Louisiana-based brewing company and live jazz entertainment. MTK Tavern, 30 E. Main St., Mount Kisco.
