MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Celebrate Spring with free community events at Quest Yoga Arts.

“Three Natural Ways to Relieve Fear, Stress & Anxiety” with Stephanie Dalfonzo, intuitive energy healer, hypnotist, EFT practitioner, and life coach will present a program on Sunday April 24, at 12:30 p.m. Stress and anxiety levels are on the rise and more and more people are looking for natural ways to feel better. This free workshop will help offer options to those seeking natural relief to lift and manage their moods. Using a variety of techniques -- including yoga, hypnosis, guided meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and reiki, among others, Stephanie will help us break past the various self-imposed barriers we create for ourselves.

On Saturday and Sunday May 21 and 22, Quest Yoga Arts offers two days of free community classes offered by their graduating class of teachers. The Quest community has grown since owner Laura Jensen took over the studio three years ago, and is excited to be graduating 13 teachers who embarked on this journey last October. They offer a nine month Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program each fall with Wendy Hagen, E-RYT 500 and Laura Jensen, E-RYT 200 and LMT. Check their schedule for Community Class times and sign up at their website. All are welcome to join these Open Level, 1 hour classes throughout the day.

They will also be offering a free Information Session at 12 p.m. for their next Teacher Training program starting in October 2016. Come take a class with one of their great new teachers, and stay for the session. Refreshments and snacks will be served and discounts on class cards will be offered. They are at 11 East Main St., 2nd Floor, in Mount Kisco. Call 914-241-9642 for more information, or visit their website.
