The breakfast is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and will be held at the Mount Kisco Holiday Inn.
In keeping with the holiday, the Rotary is encourages children to attend in costumes.
Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for kids and $7 for senior citizens. Proceeds, according to the Rotary, will benefit the Appalachian Service Project.
The pancake breakfast also got a plug at Monday night's village board meeting.
