“Our main vision at Exit 4 is to provide our guests with a casual, fun and communal experience while giving emerging culinary talent an outlet to create and experiment with new food trends,” said Albanese. “Throughout the past few years we have seen many transformations in Mount Kisco that have had an impact on our business and the timing was just right to try something new. We are excited to be the first to bring this culinary concept to Westchester County.”
