"It's going to be great to be back in Mamaroneck," Rosenberg said of the relaunch with the new shop located at 407 Mamaroneck Ave., in the old Payless store. Apartment Complexes Get Approval In Mount Vernon
Housing developers have received approval letters that permit construction of new apartment complexes around the city of Mount Vernon, according to a report by LoHud.com. The Mount Vernon Zoning Board of Appeals informed four developers they have received zoning changes that were critical to allow the construction of denser multifamily residences, LoHud reported here. The zoning board sent Jan. 18 approval letters to architect Tom Abillama for three projects he represents, including Fleetwood Terrace, a 44-unit complex at 16 E.
