Suspect At Large After Long Island Stolen Package Spree

Suffolk County Police First Precinct Crime Section officers continue to investigate following several larcenies of packages from residences in Babylon and West Babylon between Tuesday, Nov. 5 and Tuesday, Nov. 12.

The packages were stolen from the outsides of homes in the following locations, police say:

  • 17th Street in West Babylon (Tuesday, Nov. 5)
  • Park Avenue in Babylon (Tuesday, Nov. 5)
  • Morrison Street in Babylon (Tuesday, Nov. 5)
  • Old Farmingdale Road in West Babylon (Wednesday, Nov. 6)
  • Coppertree Lane in Babylon (Thursday, Nov. 7)
  • Cadman Avenue in Babylon (Friday, Nov. 8)

Police believe that the suspect also stole numerous packages containing items such as clothing and shoes that have not yet been reported.

Anyone who believes they may have been a victim is urged to contact the First Precinct Crime Section at (631) 854-8126 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 a.m.
