First responders from the Mahopac Falls Fire Department were dispatched to the Lake Baldwin District in Mahopac late on Tuesday, Feb. 25, where there was a report of a vehicle that rolled over with entrapment.

Crews from the fire department, area paramedics, Carmel Police Department, EMStar paramedics and recommend Towing and Recovery all responded to the scene to assist, Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department spokesman Jack Casey said.

Upon arrival, first responders found the driver already out of the vehicle, and he was moved to a nearby ambulance for treatment.

He was then transported to the Westchester Medical Center for further evaluation of non-life-threatening injuries.

Casey said the scene was cleared within an hour. No other injuries were reported.
