On Saturday, March 18, around 2:45 p.m., an employee of a salon located in Armonk at 495 Main St. (Route 125) told North Castle Police that her coworker's ex-boyfriend had threatened to harm her coworker.

According to authorities, the man, who had an active arrest warrant, told the complainant's coworker that "today is going to be the day that he stabs her," and that he was in the area of the salon.

Officers then responded to the salon and arrested the man. He was then taken into custody pending extradition on his outstanding warrant.

The suspect's identity and details about his arrest warrant were not released.
