MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- More than 6,000 people lost power in Mount Vernon on Wednesday night due to significant winds and rain, which affected all of Westchester County.
Con Edison worked overnight to restore power. One hundred and forty-eight customers remain without electricity, and Con Edison crews are continuing to work to bring power back.
