A stretch of the Saw Mill River Parkway has reopened after a crash involving an overturned vehicle late Thursday afternoon, Nov. 14.
The crash, reported just before 4 p.m., was northbound at Quaker Road (Route 120) in New Castle.
There were already delays on the roadway after an earlier crash at the entrance to the northbound side of the parkway at Roaring Brook Road in Chappaqua at about 3:15 p.m.
