According to unofficial returns from the Westchester County Board of Elections, DiPaolo was elected to his first full-term with 3,223 votes or 39 percent of the total cast.
Rubeo was re-elected to his second full-term with 3,122 votes or 38 percent of the total.
Democrat Wayne McPartland failed to win a seat, receiving 1,973 votes or 24 percent of the total cast on Tuesday, according to unofficial results.
The rest of Mount Pleasant's elective officers, all Republicans, ran unopposed on Tuesday.
Mount Pleasant Supervisor Carl Fulgenzi Jr.., Superintendent of Highways Peter Sciliano, Town Clerk Brennan Scova, and Town Justice Robert Ponzini were reelected.
