Authorities are seeking the public's help locating a man who they say assaulted someone in Newark.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Isaac Sanders, 31, of Newark, who police say strangled a woman during an argument at a local residence on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Isaac Sanders, 31, of Newark, who police say strangled a woman during an argument at a local residence on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

Sanders, pictured above, is 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds, police say. He has a medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes as well as a tattoo on his left arm that says “Death Before Dishonor.”
