Man Charged With Letting Dog Run At Large In Northern Westchester, Police Say

A 51-year-old man has been charged after police say he let his dog run at large in Westchester.

Yorktown Police said it received several calls regarding a dog running at large on Wiley Road on Monday, Aug. 26 and Saturday, Aug. 31.

Further investigation revealed that Anthony Servedio, 51, of Yorktown had allowed his dog to run at large, a violation of the Yorktown Town Code, police said.

Servedio was charged with two counts of allowing a dog to run at large. He was ticketed and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Sept. 19.
