Yorktown Police issued a criminal summons to Timothy Keane, 54, of Yorktown on Saturday, Nov. 2.

According to police, a witness reported observing a neighbor’s dog attack another neighbor’s cat on Pine Brook Court on Friday, Sept. 27 around 5 p.m.

Officers arrested Keane on a criminal summons with charges for allowing a dog to run at large, a violation of the Yorktown Town Code.

Keane was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on Thursday, Nov. 21.
