Storm Leaves Thousands Without Power In Hudson Valley

Thousands of NYSEG, Con Edison and Orange & Rockland Utility customers throughout the state - including 5,909 Hudson Valley residents - were without power as of 1:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon, following the morning storm.

NYSEG is reporting 2,169 outages in Dutchess - including several hundred in Beekman, Dover and Pawling - with an additional 93 in Putnam and 71 in Westchester. 

Con Ed is reporting 144 outages, impacting 2,300, including 592 in Mount Vernon and 461 in New Rochelle. In Orange County, O&R is reporting that 91 customers are still being impacted, while 1,185 are still without power in Rockland.
