Kayela Carroll of Yonkers, who was last seen early Wednesday evening, March 13, was "is home and is safe," the New York Public Safety Department announced Thursday afternoon, March 14

A 15-year-old girl has gone missing in Westchester and authorities are asking for the public's help in locating her.
At the request of the Yonkers City Police Department Communications Division, a New York State Missing Child Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Kayela Carroll.
She was last seen was last at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13 on Prospect Street in Yonkers wearing a green sweater, black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants. She is 5-foot-7, 230 pounds, has autism and may be in need of medical attention.
