Hurricane Danny Is Heading West Toward Puerto Rico

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – The first hurricane of the season has fully formed, and is now headed towards Puerto Rico, reports CNN.

Hurricane Danny was upgraded from a tropical storm on Thursday morning, averaging 80 miles per hour.

This hurricane season has been unusually quiet, with only three named storms and none turning into a hurricane until now due to the El Nino effect, noted CNN.
