21-Year-Old Arrested In Connection To Spring Break Fentanyl Overdoses Of West Point Cadets
An arrest has been made in connection to the overdoses of six male college students, including several West Point cadets, on spring break in Florida.
Axel Giovany Casseus, age 21, was charged with trafficking cocaine of less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony, and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, according to court records filed Saturday, March 12, the Miami Herald reported.

Westchester Man Busted With Heroin, Other Drugs, Police Say
A Northern Westchester man has been arrested for alleged possession of heroin and other drugs during a warrants search.
Michael Mastrantone, age 36, of Peekskill, was arrested following an investigation into drug sales in the area around 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 10 at his home following the search, said Peekskill Police Department Lt. Jack Galusha.
According to Galusha, during the search, officers seized 70 grams of heroin, 25 grams of cocaine, drug packaging material, and scales.

According to troopers, probable cause was established to search the vehicle of Jahn Rentas, of Worcester, Massachusetts, and its occupants after he was pulled over on Interstate 90 in the area of Verona, New York, near Utica, at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.

A Westchester man was found guilty on drug possession charges in the first jury trial held in the county since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
The trial of Yonkers resident Gregory Smith, which began on Friday, Oct. 16, came to a conclusion on Tuesday, Oct. 20, with him being found guilty on multiple charges.
