Located in Scarsdale at 825 Central Park Ave., KPOT Scarsdale, a new Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurant, will hold a grand opening on Wednesday, April 16, at 4 p.m.

The new restaurant promises an “unforgettable dining experience,” according to Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner, who announced the opening on Monday, April 14.

KPOT is known nationwide for its interactive, all-you-can-eat style, combining traditional Asian hot pot with Korean BBQ favorites. Diners can cook a wide selection of proteins, seafood, and vegetables right at their table and watch it cook.

The opening adds to Greenburgh’s growing food scene, and KPOT’s popular model is expected to draw crowds from across the area.

"I believe that this restaurant will be very popular and successful and encourage residents to stop by on Grand Opening Day," Feiner said on Monday.

The restaurant is now open from noon to 10:30 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and from noon to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

If you're thinking of ordering a drink with your freshly-sizzled meal, Happy Hour runs from noon to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
