Woman Wanted For Stealing Credit, Debit Cards From Long Island High School

Police on Long Island are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a woman who allegedly used stolen credit and debit cards taken from an area high school.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers released surveillance photos of a woman and her vehicle after she allegedly stole the cards from a vehicle parked at Walt Whitman High School on Wednesday, Sept. 11.

According to police, the woman attempted to use the cards at Bethpage Federal Credit Union on Harned Road in Commack, where she was caught on camera.

Anyone who recognizes the woman or her vehicle has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” with the message to 274637.
