Yoga for Women Survivors: 2:30-4 p.m. A yoga class that offers inspiration and bonding for women touched by cancer recently has been added to Yoga Sanctuary's class schedule. "Yoga: For Women Survivors" includes breathing exercises, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and journaling. The class is appropriate for women of all ages and at various stages either during or after treatment for cancer. No prior yoga experience necessary. Author Dan Zevin: 4 p.m. Author of "Danb Gets a Minivan" will discuss his book, a coming-of-middle-age tale. Village Center, 120 Larchmont Ave., Larchmont.
"Paul Williams Still Alive": 7:30 p.m. Composer and performer Paul Williams, who rose to fame in the 1970s with hits sung by The Carpenters ("We've Only Just Begun") and Three Dog Night ("An Old Fashioned Love Song"), will guide the audience through his heydays.
