The New York Times writes that Kelly's Sea Level customers say they feel like they are coming home. The restaurant is in a building with more than 100 years of history – including a speakeasy and a bartender with a 50 year employment history with the building.

This neighborhood pub establishment has drink specials with food from fish and chips to prime rib.
