NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle Local Waterfront Revitalization Program is holding a public workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 3.

Sign-in begins at 6:45 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 515 North Ave.
