“I am positive that with Jo-Anne back at the helm of agent development, we can take Bellmarc to the next level," said Neil Binder, owner and principal broker at Bellmarc, a Manhattan-based residential real estate firm.

“Her return, coupled with the other personnel changes we have made, demonstrates that we are thriving and resuming our place with the most competent and committed agents in the business,” he said.

"Bellmarc is back on track with the vision that had guided the company for over 35 years," said Sinnott, who joined the company more than 10 years ago.

“It is important to me that Bellmarc is doing what it does best – provide top-notch real estate service in sales and rentals in New York City. It is focused on its core strengths of developing agents who provide outstanding service.”

Sinnott first joined Bellmarc as a trainee in 2003 after a career in corporate and financial public relations. She worked as a sales agent in the company’s East Side office, rising to associate broker. She left Bellmarc at the end of 2013 to take a position near her home in Westchester.

Bellmarc is  specializing in sales and rentals under the Bellmarc name and commercial real estate under AC Lawrence. It was launched by Binder in 1979, who still owns and operates it today. Bellmarc has four offices in key Manhattan locations and more than 300 agents.
