Here Comes The Sun: Stretch Of Winter-Like Stretch Of Cold, Gray Days Finally Ends

The cold, soggy stretch of weather has finally come to an end.

It will be a mostly sunny and seasonable day with the high temperature reaching around 64 degrees on Wednesday, May 15. That's 10 to 15 degrees higher than it's been each day since Mother's Day.

Clouds will roll in during the afternoon with a slight chance of pop-up showers.

The warmer temperatures continue through the end of the weekend.

Thursday, May 16 will start off with a chance of morning showers before skies clear and a mostly sunny day that will be a bit warmer, with a high in the upper 60s. 

Friday, May 17 will be mostly cloudy and even warmer, with the high temperature climbing just past 70 degrees. There will be a chance for showers and thunderstorms after 10 a.m. with up to a quarter inch of precipitation possible.

Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19 will be partly sunny with a high in the mid to upper 60s both days.
