SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. Two students from South Salem Jonathan Elis and Luke Sobocinski graduated from Keene State College last week.
Elis and Sobocinski were members of the New Hampshire school's largest-ever graduating class. A total of 1,196 degrees were awarded to 1,107 students during the commencement ceremony held on Saturday, May 5.
Keene State is a public liberal arts college that integrates academics with real-world applications and active community and civic engagement. It has more than 5,700 students and its schools include Arts and Humanities, Professional and Graduate Studies, Sciences and Social Sciences and Division of Continuing Education.
