LEWISBORO, N.Y. - Here’s a look at events taking place around Lewisboro this week, including Memorial Day events, government meetings and library happenings.

Monday, May 28

Memorial Day Parade and Service at Goldens Bridge: 10:45 a.m. The parade will begin at the Goldens Bridge railroad station and proceed to the Goldens Bridge Community House for an 11 a.m. service, featuring a speech by Assemblyman Robert Castelli (R, C – Goldens Bridge). 65 Old Bedford Road, Goldens Bridge.

Memorial Day Parade and Service at South Salem: 12:15 p.m. The parade will begin on Lake Shore Drive, Truesdale Lake, and the services will be held at the Town House. The invocation will be given by the Rev. Dr. Chip Andrus of the South Salem Presbyterian Church, and World War II veteran Bob Quentin will give the address. 11 Main St., South Salem.

36th Annual South Salem Presbyterian Church Memorial Day Races and Fair: 12:45 p.m. The fair will feature live music, featuring renowned guitarist Arlen Roth, and foot races, including 5K and 10K events that will benefit the Forever Molly and Gregory Fund. The fair will be held on the great lawn of the Presbyterian Church. 111 Spring St., South Salem.

Lewisboro Library Teen Advisory Group: The Teen Advisory Group will meet at the library for its regular monthly meeting. 15 Main St., South Salem.

Wednesday, May 30

Katonah-Lewisboro School Board Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The Kat-Lewisboro Board of Education will hold one of its two regular monthly meetings at the John Jay High School library. 60 N. Salem Road, Cross River.

Friday, June 1

Wolf Conservation Center Presents “Evening Howl for Pups of All Ages:” 6:30 to 8 p.m. Learn about the mythology, biology and ecology of wolf families and discover why spring is a special time for packs in North America. Guests will visit ambassador wolves Atka, Alawa, and Zephyr as well as the WCC’s critically endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. Cost is $16 for adults and $13 for kids under 12.
