Dongzhang Zheng, of Manhattan, claimed a top prize from a New York Lottery X Series: 100X scratch-off ticket, NY Lottery announced on Tuesday, April 26.
He received his prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $3,061,200 after required withholdings.
The lottery said the ticket was purchased at the Forever Health Pharmacy located at 2 East Broadway in Manhattan.
