LEWISBORO, N.Y. The Town of Lewisboros fifth annual winter celebration will be held at the Town Park, Route 35, South Salem, Monday at 6:30 p.m. The tree lighting will be at 7 p.m.
The event is sponsored by the Lewisboro Town Board and the Parks and Recreation Department. It will feature singing, music, refreshments and a visit from Frosty the Snowman and Minnie Mouse.
Residents are encouraged to dress warmly and bring a flashlight. Organizers also encourage you to bring a canned good or non-perishable food item to be donated to the local food pantry for neighbors in need during the holiday season.
