The daylong extravaganza offers hands-on learning in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) and art.

Among activities there will be robotics, junk car construction, and tech art. New this year, LittleBits will lead an electronics exploration area and science educator and performer Jeff Boyer will conduct bubble workshops and a bubble show.

Boyer spent a full day at Mamaroneck High School conducting a bubble chemistry learning residency. Those students will assist him as workshop and performance leaders at STEM-tastic Saturday. The activity was funded through grants from Acorda and ArtsWestchester,

The STEM-tastic festival speaker, Bob Partington, is a creative genius and inventor most known for his work as a music video director for the band OK-GO and for his role as host of the History Channel’s ThingamaBob.
