Utility Worker Falls Down Manhole In Mamaroneck

LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- A utility worker fell down into a manhole on Tuesday afternoon, but was able to extricate himself, according to Town of Mamaroneck police.

The worker was reportedly injured, but the severity of his injuries was uncertain. Police had no more details as of 6 p.m.

The fall occurred shortly before 4 p.m. near 40 Myrtle Blvd.
