Ariel Perry, 46, of First Avenue, and Neftali “Neff” Morales, 43, of Lines Place, were allegedly making and selling heroin and crack cocaine in close proximity to Lordship Elementary School, according to the Connecticut Post.
Perry has posted $50,000 bond while Morales is being held on a $300,000 bond, according to the Connecticut Post.
A cooperating witness bought drugs at Perry's residence on First Avenue where police later found drugs and manufacturing materials, according to the Connecticut Post.
