Five Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops

Nearly two dozen drivers were busted by New York State Police officers for alleged impaired driving on area roadways this past week.

Westchester County

  • On Friday, July 12, State Police from Brewster arrested Ismael Martinez Trinidad, 29, of North Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on Tonetta Lake Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 13, State Police from Somers arrested German Manzo, 45, of New Rochelle, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Tomahawk Street in Somers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 13, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Constance M. Jackson, 60, of Peekskill, for DWI. She was traveling on East Main Street in Cortlandt, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, July 14, State Police from Brewster arrested Troy T. Perez, 50, of Yorktown, for DWI. He was traveling on I-684 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, July 14, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Byron G. Villa Morocho, 27, of Yorktown, for DWI. He was traveling on Washington Street in Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Friday, July 12, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Jason Reynoso, 28, of Poughkeepsie, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Milan, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Friday, July 12, State Police from Wappinger arrested Connor D. Hansen, 23, of Hyde Park, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 13, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Marianne Agnello, 62, of Red Hook, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on State Route 199 in Red Hook, when she was observed relieving herself on Hapeman Hill Road.   • On Saturday, July 13, State Police from Stormville arrested Liam Gallagher-Siudzinski, 27, of Cold Spring, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction, a felony. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Kent, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 13, State Police from Somers arrested Andres F. Valencia, 24, of Carmel, for DWI with a prior conviction, a felony. He was traveling on I-684 in Bedford, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Saturday, July 13, State Police from Wappinger arrested Jhandry D. Cuenca Ramirez, 35, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, July 14, State Police from Brewster arrested Franklin M. Llivipuma Pugo, 31, of Danbury, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law with a prior conviction, a felony. He was traveling on I-84 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
