UPDATE: Former Harrison resident Betty-Jean Rubeo guessed correctly viae email on Dec. 26.

"The memorial, consisting of propeller and plaque mounted on a boulder, for Amelia Earhart, aviatrix, international celebrity and Harrison resident," Rubeo said. "The monument is situated in Station Park, near Harrison's train station and library."
