HARRISON, N.Y. -- A Shetland Sheepdog, or Sheltie, went missing in West Harrison on Sunday, Feb. 28.
Rusty, a 6-and-a-half-year-old neutered male, was last seen on Lake Street heading towards the airport, reservoir and Interstate 684. He was wearing only his electric fence collar.
